- Connect to company VPN on a regular basis and leave the computer running overnight to get latest MSFT critical updates pushed to your laptop.
- Open the Software Center application to update all applications.
- If you have a Dell laptop open the SupportAssist application every month to check for drivers, BIOS, and clean up temp files (Click Run All Tests).
- If you have a Lenovo laptop open the SystemUpdate application every month to update drivers, BIOS, and applications.
- If you have an Apple MacBook verify you are on the latest MAC OSX and check Software Update in system settings.
- Verify all your office applications are on the latest version.
- Click Office Account in Outlook and then compare your version to the version on the web.
- Verify you are logged into all of your office applications with your company official email account
- Make sure all of your files are stored on OneDrive or a SharePoint site.
- Verify OneDrive application is signed in and syncing successfully.
- Set your default IM App to your preffered IM application (e.g Microsoft Teams)
